Delivery information

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery for T-shirt orders is £3. A free standard delivery option is available on eligible orders of £50 or more. Other products and mixed baskets may have different charges. Final delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch and delivery times

Items are printed and pressed to order. Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. UK parcels are then sent using Royal Mail next-day delivery. Transit time starts after dispatch and does not include production time. Delivery estimates are not a guarantee of arrival on a particular date. Tracking and addresses

We email you when your order is dispatched and provide tracking where the service supports it. Please check the house number, street and postcode at checkout and contact us promptly if an address correction is needed.

Delivery problems

Email info@caveapparel.co.uk with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights.
